    Do I need to register my drone?

    Yes, Mavic 2 Pro pilots will need to register. Visit the CAA Website here. If you have already registered and have an Operator ID, remember to attach this somewhere visible to your Mavic 2 Pro.

    Where Can I Operate?

    Without taking a drone training course, you will have to fly by the rules of the Open Category’s A3 subcategory (fly far from people). This includes:

    • No uninvolved people present within the area of flight;
    • No flight within 150m horizontally of residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational areas.

    If you’d like the freedom to fly closer to people then you will require an A2 CofC or a GVC, not sure which? Here are some links which might help you:

STUNNING QUALITY

"I'm incredibly impressed with the Mavic 2 Pro images. Hasselblad seems to produce the same stunning quality wherever they apply their magic, be it medium-format studio cameras, or amazingly attached to the nimble wings of a Mavic."
