A Drone Protection Service Plan

The DJI Enterprise Shield is a protective service plan, covering a wide range of DJI Enterprise products including the M200 Series drones and the Zenmuse Z30, X4S, X5S, XT and XT2 payloads. The service plan covers; accidents, repairs, replacement services, and other kinds of damages. The plan also covers shipping and delivery. The plan is only active for one year from activation.

Enterprise Shield Basic

The Enterprise Shield Basic is a basic plan that only covers two replacements of damaged DJI drones and payloads except XT and XT2 with free ground shipping. The replacement service also comes with a small fixed fee depending on the product. The replaced products meet the performance and reliability standards. There's no repair service under this plan.

Enterprise Shield Plus

Enterprise Shield Plus is a premium plan that covers unlimited repair and replacement services (water damages, crash damages, and user error) for DJI drones and payloads, all included. There's no fixed fee for replacement services like the basic plan. There's also free overnight shipping to send the new products. There's also an option for shared fleet coverage in this plan ie. unlimited number of products bought are added to your Enterprise Shield account.
