TIME.
Most of an inspection window is spent building access, not inspecting. Fly it and you inspect on day one, scope the repair before the outage starts, or find out you do not need one.
02 / Safety
SAFETY.
The highest-risk line on most inspection plans is the one that puts a person inside the asset. Remove the entry and the whole apparatus around it goes with it.
03 / Data
DATA.
A dated, dimensioned point cloud of the interior rather than a folder of torch-lit photographs. Measure it, share it, and compare it against next year’s scan.

The Elios 3 flies through openings from 50 x 50cm. That covers most standard manways and inspection hatches, and it can stay in there considerably longer than your team can.

LiDAR and SLAM
Builds a live point cloud as it flies, and holds position where there is no GPS.
Oblique dust-proof lighting
Rakes light across the surface so pitting and cracking show up instead of flattening out.
4K visual and radiometric thermal
Both captured on the same pass, location-tagged to the model.
Modular payload bay
Ultrasonic testing, dosimeter and surveying payloads for when a picture is not enough.
