We’re looking for a full-mix marketing manager to join our growing team and be a part of a dynamic and technology-focused environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our overall marketing strategy and annual plan in alignment with our objectives, delivering a strong ROI, and ensuring that all marketing collateral is in keeping with our brand identity.

You will also execute online strategies to increase our search ranking, achieve SEO targets, deliver the content plan, and oversee the delivery of web lead generation and eCommerce sales targets.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be an integral part of the development and implementation of the annual marketing strategy and budget in line with company KPIs
  • Deliver a strong ROI against the marketing budget
  • Take full ownership of the planning and delivery of marketing campaign strategies; from idea to execution, across all digital channels (website, email, social media, PR, search, display, PPC, etc)
  • Grow brand awareness across our key target demographics
  • Lead a team of two executives, one being a digital marketing executive and the other a senior marketing executive
  • Develop strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders and agencies
  • Ensure all advertising, marketing, and communication collateral used both internally and externally is accurate and in line with brand guidelines
  • Measure, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against KPIs
  • Plan and execute all company events and exhibitions

 

Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-5 years in a full mix marketing role
  • Proven experience in managing profitable end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hotjar, etc)
  • Proven experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and paid social campaigns
  • Proven experience in building beneficial relationships with external agencies, partners and stakeholders
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a small team

Salary

£35,000 to £50,000 per year depending on experience
